Funding Opportunities

Graduate Teaching Assistants, 2016-2017
Graduate tuition funding is granted on a competitive basis each year. To apply for funding of this type, please indicate in your online application statement that you wish to receive tuition funding. The deadline to be considered for tuition funding is February 1, prior to the first fall semester (late August to early December) of study.
In addition, selected graduate students enrolled in the Hispanic Studies M.A. Program may be offered the opportunity to teach one or two undergraduate Spanish language courses each semester as instructors of record. These are one-year opportunities, renewable to a maximum of two years based on the satisfactory fulfillment of teaching duties and degree progress, and are compensated at a level set by the College of Arts and Sciences. If approved, graduate students teach up to two courses per semester, for a maximum of four classes per academic year.
Please contact the Graduate Program Director for more information.
