LUC participates in a national car rental agreement through the Educational and Institutional Cooperative (E&I).  The providers participating in this agreement are Enterprise and National Car Rental.  A single corporate I.D. that can be used by all Loyola Divisions/Departments when requesting a vehicle rental for University business.  All faculty and staff are highly encouraged to use Egencia, when booking a rental car for University business, where these incentives are preloaded for car rentals.  For more information regarding Egencia, please see our Travel Resources page.

 

Students, faculty, and staff are also able to rent a vehicle for personal use with Enterprise or National Car rental.
