• FAFSA UPDATES

  On January 30, 2024, the U.S. Department of Education (Department) announced that institutions will not be receiving 2024-2025 FAFSA information until 'the first half of March.' This means that 2024-2025 award information will continue to be delayed and there is no set timeframe on when prospective or current student award packages will be made available. The Financial Aid Office continues to carefully monitor all Department announcements and will provide updates as things begin to move forward. For now, we encourage all eligible students to complete the 2024-2025 FAFSA application as soon as possible.

• 2024-2025 FAFSA IS NOW AVAILABLE

  Visit studentaid.gov for additional information regarding the FAFSA form and additional updates provided by the U.S. Department of Education. We highly encourage you to carefully review the 'How to Fill Out the FAFSA Form' link to become familiar with steps that need to be taken before starting your FAFSA and to learn more about how the 2024-2025 is different than prior years.   Loyola partners with Inceptia for Verification

  Loyola University Chicago has established a partnership with Inceptia to expedite the federal verification process for our students. Loyola students will submit verification documentation through the Inceptia Verification Gateway (VG). If your application is selected for verification by the U.S Department of Education, you will receive an email from VGCS@inceptia.org or a postcard from Inceptia containing Loyola University Chicago’s unique website link to start the verification process.
