Meeting Rooms (1st and 2nd Floors)

• Medium Sized Meeting Room (5): 8–12 Capacity
• Large Sized Meeting Rooms (4): 15–25 Capacity

Medium Sized Meeting Rooms come with "set" furniture and DO NOT have built in screens. Large Sized Meeting Rooms come with 4 individual tables allowing for conference style set ups or lecture set ups. These meetings rooms come equipped with A/V.

Laptop computers for meetings and programs MUST be requested when the reservation request is submitted through the Campus Reservations web-viewer.

Sister Jean Dolores Schmidt, BVM Multi-Purpose Room (2nd Floor)

• Divisible into (2) separate rooms
• South Side Capacity: 240 (lecture), 180 (banquet—66" tables), 25 tables (fair—6' tables)
• North Side Capacity: 160 (lecture), 100 (banquet—66" tables), 20 tables (fair—6' tables)
• Total Capacity (both rooms): 400 (lecture), 280–300 (banquet—66" tables), 50 tables (fair—6' tables)
• A/V built in both sides (screens, computers, wireless mic)
• 2 Podiums (south and north)
• Additional A/V: mics, etc.: upon request at time on Campus Reservations web-viewer

Ireland's Sports Lounge:

• PIRVATE parties NOT allowed
• Alcohol allowed (must be in addition to food, and ample non-alcoholic beverages)
• MUST contact Damen Student Center staff for all event inquiries (773.508.8770)
• Hours of Operation: 6 a.m.–1 a.m. (M–F academic year); 8 a.m.–1 a.m. (Sa–Su academic year)
